The challenge
ADNOC wanted its managers, senior managers and directors to understand AI well enough to spot opportunities, weigh risks and apply it across operations and corporate functions.
What we did
- A thirteen-module curriculum, from AI foundations and machine learning to generative AI, prompt engineering and responsible AI.
- Oil and gas throughout: exploration, drilling optimization, predictive maintenance, inspection and supply chain.
- A fifth-day hackathon where teams took a problem from their own department to a solution architecture, an executive presentation and a prototype.
What changed
- Seventy-five managers and directors across three cohorts, fifteen training days delivered.
- Teams presented AI solutions to real ADNOC challenges to the wider cohort.
- Leaders able to identify AI opportunities, evaluate business value and apply AI responsibly in their functions.
