1. One Million Prompters Initiative

Cognit DX was commissioned to support the development and delivery of the One Million Prompters initiative, a major Dubai Government AI education program launched by H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum. The initiative aims to equip individuals in the UAE and globally with foundational skills in artificial intelligence, prompt engineering, and the practical use of AI tools.
Cognit DX was responsible for building the core learning experience for the program, including the course structure, content, training material, presentation slides, and instructional flow. The program was developed in two complete versions: Arabic and English. Each version consisted of a four-hour self-paced e-learning course, divided into four modules, with each module designed as a one-hour learning unit supported by quizzes and knowledge checks.
Beyond content development, Cognit DX also played a central role in production quality. The team supervised the training production process, trained the on-camera presenter, provided editorial and directorial guidance, and reviewed the final learning experience to ensure clarity, consistency, accessibility, and quality.
According to information shared by the project stakeholders, more than 400,000 learners have completed the course and received certification to date. This project demonstrates Cognit DX’s ability to support national-scale AI literacy initiatives, develop bilingual learning content, and deliver high-quality digital education programs for very large audiences.
