Cognit DX delivered a major AI enablement program for Miral Group, one of Abu Dhabi’s leading tourism, leisure, and entertainment operators, responsible for major destinations and attractions including Ferrari World Abu Dhabi, Yas Waterworld, Warner Bros. World Abu Dhabi, and other Yas Island assets.
The engagement began with a high-level AI for CXOs and Board Members session attended by the Group CEO and senior executive leadership team. Following the success of the executive session, Cognit DX was awarded a large-scale employee enablement program consisting of 48 training days, with each training day delivered as a six-hour in-person learning experience.
The program trained approximately 1,400 employees across six Miral subsidiaries, with each cohort designed for around 25 participants. The training focused on practical AI adoption, productivity enhancement, prompt engineering, and the use of AI tools in day-to-day business functions.
The program achieved strong participant feedback, with an average trainer evaluation score of approximately 4.5 out of 5. The minimum reported score was approximately 4.25 out of 5, and around 83% of attendees rated the trainers either 4 or 5 stars, reflecting a high level of satisfaction and perceived value.
